Merseyside Health Care Forum relaunches
The Merseyside Heallthcare Forum is to relaunch after a period of temporary dormancy. The forum, which is made up of healthcare vocational learning providers on Merseyside, was established in 2004 and members have met on a regular basis to share best practice. Key achievements of the forum include:
- Representing work based learning at careers events across Merseyside
- Disseminating information from awarding bodies, Sector Skills Councils and QCA, regarding changes within the healthcare industry
- Established Continuous Professional Development for all members
- Acquired guest speakers for existing and new initiatives
