Catalyst programme offers staff recruitment services to providers
Lifelong Learning UK is running a project called Catalyst which can help providers recruit new members of staff free of charge.
Providers who register at www.catalystprogramme.org can post their job advertisements for free to be viewed by a database of people currently working in a range of sectors who want to move into training. Providers recruiting managers can also access a 12-month leadership support programme for candidates and one day of specialist human resource support for their organisation.
