TPM praised by employers as staff achieve T2G qualifications ahead of schedule
Hair salon, Perfect Image has praised training provider Training Plus merseyside (TPM) as two of their staff achieve their Train to Gain qualifications at Level 3 in hairdressing way ahead of schedule.
Beverley Cowley 23, and Laura Jane Campbell 24, who are both employed as hairdressers in the Huyton Village-based salon, worked towards and achieved their qualifications with TPM, specialists in vocational training across hairdressing, childcare and business administration. The employees were scheduled to complete these advanced qualifications in twelve months but with the support of TPM, managed to complete them in just six.
Salon managers Debbie & Michelle Martin are delighted with their staff’s achievements and the support received by TPM:
“My staff members now have formally recognised advanced hairdressing skills and they achieved them in record time thanks to the efficient, professional and tailored Train to Gain service provided by TPM”.
Liverpool city centre based TPM has been an approved Train To Gain provider for over a year. In that time, over 80 people have signed up to a Train to Gain funded course, with a significant number achieving their qualifications ahead of schedule, a result which has pleased their employers.
TPM also offer Apprenticeships, The Diploma, Increased Flexibility programmes for schools, and private bespoke courses.
