NWTC celebrates apprentices' achievements at 42nd annual awards evening

The achievements of engineering and construction apprentices at North West Training Council were celebrated at the training organisation’s 42nd awards evening, held at the end of October at Aintree Racecourse.

The awards event was hosted by ex-Radio Merseyside presenter, Debi Jones, and attended by Councillor Steve Rotheram, NWTC patron, Dame Lorna Muirhead as well as NWTC staff and the families of the 46 students.

During the evening, a total of 51 awards were presented including the NWTC Apprentice of the Year Award which went to Kristopher Hesketh (pictured right) who is employed by W. Bibby Ltd
