NWPN announce appointment of non-executive chairman
The Board of the North West Provider Network announced the appointment of Paul Holmes as Non Executive Chair earlier this month. Paul takes over from Steve Gray who has undertaked the role of Chairman with enthusiasm and sound judgement for the past four years.
In the current climate of economic austerity, rapid change and emerging opportunities the Board have taken the opportunity to engage Paul Holme, whose knowledge, skills and experience gained in working in several roles over many years at Skills Funding Agency will prove a valuable asset in furthering the valuable work already undertaken. Paul has always been a great advocate for work based learning and has long recognised the quality and value of the work undertaken by North West providers.
The Board welcome Paul and anticipate that the contribution he will make will enable North West Provider Network to build on the strong foundations already laid and continue to support providers in interpreting policy and responding to the operational challenges of delivering the changing Employment and Skills agenda.
