tpm prepare for Functional Skills launch
tpm have started preparing their clients for the transition from key skills to functional skills. Targeting learners and employers, they are aiming to minimise any disruption when changes come into place in September 2010 by ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of developments.
tpm recently collaborated with QCDA in the production of a video on functional skills and completed a two year functional skills pilot, giving them a key insight into the issues involved.
