Alder Training become first to achieve TQS
Alder Training have become the first private training provider based in Merseyside - and only one of a handful across the North West – to achieve the prestigious Training Quality Standard (TQS), the kite mark for employer responsiveness backed by the Learning and Skills Council.
Training Quality Standard (TQS) is an assessment framework designed to recognise best practice in workforce training and development. To date only 120 organisations from the public and private sectors have met the requirements of the assessment for this coveted award. The TQS assessment report highlighted Alder Training’s strengths including strategic management, people management, delivery of training and managing employer relationships.
