Medal of excellence for dedicated animal care apprentice

Elizabeth Voyce, apprentice with Lite Ltd, recently received a City and Guilds Medal for Excellence for her NVQ2 animal care portfolio at a prestigious dinner event in London.
Although Elizabeth left school with no qualifications, she has worked hard and shown dedication, successfully completing her apprenticeship with LITE Ltd. Employed by Wirral Council Kennels, Elizabeth is now working towards her advanced apprenticeship.
Medals for Excellence judges praised Elizabeth as:
'A candidate who has overcome learning difficulties and produced work of an excellent standard both in portfolio presentation but also in her practical work. No hesitation in recommending a medal. Well done'
