  • Team work: Mode Training seen as “one big happy family” by staff. They are aware if a colleague is feeling low and needs extra support.

Strong leadership
Maureen reported that staff see Mode's senior management team as supportive and encouraging, noting that: "Training programmes are well managed, staff are highly motivated, well trained and are strongly committed to improving the quality provision they deliver to their students.”

IiP champion
Mode Training director, Debbie Tagoe has been asked to become an IIP champion to promote the standard to other businesses:
"It's a real honour to be an advocate for IiP. It's a standard that underpins the philosophy of our organisation. Achieving the gold standard shows that IiP principles are wholly intrinsic to our operations."
