tpm gains CTQ status
tpm has been awarded CTQ (Committed to Training Quality) status after completing the 2-day gap analysis assessment.
Director Brian Quinn highlights this as adding significant momentum to tpm's whole organisational approach and drive for continual quality improvement:
"Achieving CTQ status is the first step on our TQS (Training Quality Standard) improvement journey. It takes us that bit closer to assessment and certification, and represents our commitment to quality principles that the TQS Standard symbolises."
TQS recognises and celebrates the best organisations delivering training to employers. All organisations who are awarded TQS and CTQ status will be listed on the TQS website”.
