Whilst this reputation has been earned the company’s own training standards and track record results, it is supported by the provider’s long-standing membership of the Merseyside Hairdressing Forum. tpm director, Brian Quinn, has chaired the forum of 12 Merseyside hair and beauty training providers since October 2008, taking a prominent role in shaping and developing Merseyside’s hairdressing training offer to best meet local employer and learner needs.
