As part of its development of a comprehensive training package for the new NVQ level 3 beauty therapy qualification, Michael John of Liverpool (MJOL) has invested in state-of-the-art skin treatment equipment. The specialist microdermabrasion equipment has been developed and supplied by Crystal Clear, one of the world's leading providers of hi-tech beauty treatments and skincare products.

The treatment system, favoured by many celebrities, helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles whilst stimulating regenerative new cell growth. Using a safe and controlled skin resurfacing method, it provides immediate visible results for ageing skin, lines and wrinkles, open pores, blackheads, pigmentation, blemish scars, acne scars, stretch marks and more.

Both staff and learners at MJOL are delighted with the new equipment. Tutors have received full training in its use and will enjoy ongoing support from Crystal Clear whilst training beauty apprentices. Erica Brice, beauty therapy trainer and assessor comments:

‘The Crystal Clear treatment is becoming widely used in beauty salons across the North West, so it is important for us to deliver the skills to apprentices that are required by the industry. Of course, there is the added bonus of being able to offer this premier skin treatment service to clients visiting our salons’

Cerys Millington of Crystal Clear highlights the importance of building relationships between developers of beauty technology and training providers such as Michael John of Liverpool:

“As one of the leading providers of hi-tech beauty products and equipment, Crystal Clear is committed to the research and development of treatments that deliver outstanding results. As demand for our microdermabrasion system flourishes, it’s vital for us to build relations with reputable beauty training companies so that a wider range of customers can enjoy the benefits of this skin treatment service. Crucially, this needs to happen in safe environments, with beauty therapists who have been fully trained to use the equipment. We are really pleased that Michael John of Liverpool has chosen to train the beauty therapists of the future in the use of Crystal Clear technology.”
