tpm launches new training products
tpm is to launch two level 2 training products this autumn providing learners and employers with more flexibility in how their business administration apprenticeships programmes are delivered:
New "Work Based" (12-month) option: teaching and assessment delivered wholly in the client's workplace, with learners attending college for exams only.
New ‘Fast Track’ (6-month) option: learners attend technical training for a full day for each of the first seven weeks, then complete their award in their workplace.
These new products are subject to tpm's usual high standards of quality control and initial assessment (assessment of achievements to date) to ensure learners are matched to the most suitable programme. tpm's high quality ‘Centre-Based’ (10-month) option, delivered at half day per week for 20 weeks, remains a solid standard option with a current success rate of 83%.
tpm also offers bespoke courses and CPD units at competitive rates. Currently popular with tpm's employer clients are Management and Supervision units which provide 3-4 credits on the Qualifications and Credit Framework..
