TVC flagship management programme enjoys growing global success
The Vocational College (TVC) is celebrating the ongoing global success of its flagship management programme, The Bullet Proof Manager. Its most recent international graduates include individuals from Ecuador, Greece and Portugal.
The TVC/Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager programme is an accredited International Development Award, certificated by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). It is recognised in 50 countries and translated into 25 different languages.
This year, 63 participants from Ecuador’s largest social and community employer, Junta de Beneficencia, completed the course. The graduates were presented with their certificates by ILM Fellow and TVC Head of Programmes, Frank Audoire, assisted by Crestcom Licensee & TVC Approved Partner, Marcelo Bueno. The presentation took place at an inaugural graduation event, hosted by the organisation’s principal, Werner Moeller.
Also this year, five senior executives from Ydrogos Insurance, Greece’s largest insurance company, completed the programme, delivered locally by TVC Associate and Approved Partner, Antonis Prokos of Dircons' Consulting and Training.
The Bullet Proof Manager has also gained momentum in Romania, where TVC are ESF transnational partners in the provision and ILM certification of the programme to 1200 managers, over 3 years.
