Local hero joins Sysco team
Liverpool-based training provider Sysco has announced the recent appointment of Michael Fielding as engagement project officer, working on the company’s foundation learning and apprenticeship programmes, supporting the young people of Merseyside.
Michael – better known as ‘Tosh’, is well known for his work with young people across the region. In 2010 he was awarded an MBE as recognition of his commitment to helping young people find employment.
Michael says:
“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Sysco. Their foundation learning and apprenticeship programmes are excellent. I look forward to building on this – helping young people gain qualifications and skills that will see them succeed in their chosen career.”
Sysco provides employee training across the North West, also working closely with 16-18 year olds in the Merseyside area as part of its foundation learning and apprenticeship schemes
